Educator Referral Program

You are the heartbeat of our schools and communities, helping to shape the character of our youth. We want to partner with you! ✅ 1–24 Students = $8 per student

✅ 25–99 Students = $10 per student

✅ 100+ Students = $12 per student

✅  10 Students = $50 Bonus

✅  25–50 Students = $200 Bonus

✅  51–99 Students = $500 Bonus

✅  100 + Students = $1000 Bonus (every 100 students)

* bonuses are capped monthly at current structure

✅  Average 100+ per month = $1,000 bonus

✅  Average 150+ per month = $1,500 bonus

✅  Average 200+ per month = $2,000 bonus

✅  Any referrals above 100 in a given month will still earn full commission

✅  Bonus payouts are capped at $1,000 per month

✅  Excess referrals above 100 roll over into the following month’s bonus tally

To qualify as an Educator under our referral bonus structure, you must meet one or more of the following criteria:

1. Current K–12 Classroom Teacher
   Must be employed by a public, private, or charter school, actively teaching students in grades K–12.
    
2. School-Based Staff
   This category includes counselors, librarians, administrators, aides, and coaches who are employed directly by an educational institution and work with students regularly.
    
3. Certified Educators or Tutors
   Holds a valid teaching credential or state certification, or works for a licensed tutoring organization (virtual or in-person).
    
4. Youth Program Leaders
   Works with student populations through organizations such as the YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs, and After-school enrichment programs, church youth groups, and school athletics.
    
5. Homeschool Leaders
   Actively teaches and organizes education for a homeschool co-op or registered home-based learning program.
    
6. Education Adjacent Professionals
   Must be referred to or verified by an existing educator and demonstrate a role in supporting student learning (e.g., EdTech reps, district trainers)
